Happy Caden at Daycare

Here is a picture of Caden sitting at the table in daycare. As you can
see he is very happy... why wouldn't he be, he is surrounded by
girls! ;)

Caden in his new toy.

Caden has been playing in his new toy, a device that hangs from the
door jam and off the floor. This allows his to work on his center of
gravity and therefor allowing him to learn how to stand.... and jump!
He loves it!

A new saying..

I heard a new saying at work today that I just loved, "Even a broken clock is right twice a day". That is hilarious!

Caden is doing great and very sorry for not posting much these days. We are heading to NJ soon and very much looking forward to the Family meeting him.

Caden turns 6.....

months old yesterday. A happy & silly boy, he is! :)
In this picture we were teaching him how to roll a ball back and forth
to Lady Catherine. At the same course this game worked on his center
balance in sitting up. To date he sat up the longest on his own!
Today Caden will be weighted at his 6 month Dr. appt. I wonder if he
has reached 20lbs at this point. It sure feels like it in my arms! ;)

Hill Run @ Rancho

I had a fun and solid run this morning at Rancho (pdf). This was my first hill run in a year as I prepare for SFRun. It felt good and showed me that I need to train harder. I hit the first part of PG&E over to Wildcat Loop to top of Wildcat, down the backside and then back to the bathrooms. Today's stats were; 5.60 Miles, 1020 feet of climbing in an hour which gives me a 10.43 pace. I really like that pace for those hills.

Next week I'll do the same trail, a bit harder though.

Reece turns 2 !

Brian and Candace threw a fun Birthday party for Reece. He sure is
gettin big.
And I must say, Brian cooked some awesome dogs. A nice grilled outside
and juicy on the inside. Not many ppl can do that.
