Google Myself

My wife and I were chatting about something online and the topic of finding yourself online (not THAT type of finding yourself), she didn't believe me... so I had to do what most guys would, blow up that ego and Google myself.

Not only was I amazed that I actually found myself but I found an old email signature I used in some newsgroups. Back in 1996 I had replied to someone on comp.infosystems.www.authoring.html and the topic was about which browsers supported the "form:mailto" tag.

Here was my ridiculous signature at the time: "The sea of success is service. Put service first and success takes care of itself." Benjamin H. Bristol My opinions were posted by me not Bay. Bay is not responsible for my actions. My my email addr is not for soliciting use. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Tony Mazur TRC_West Hub Specialist Bay Networks TRC Western/Central Region Token Ring Team ~ mailto:tony_ma...@baynetworks.com ~ Phone: 800-2LAN-WAN ~ Pager: 800-759-8888, pin# 3114567 ~ Web: http://www.baynetworks.com ----- ---- --- -- - ~ Web Producer of: ~ http://134.177.62.169/main/TRC_West/SharedMedia ~ http://134.177.62.169/main/TRC_West/centillion ~ Web Assistant Producer of: ~ http://134.177.62.169/library/TRC_West/index.html ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

[ Running ] Well the last time I updated my running blog was last August when I finished the San Francisco Marathon. That was my first and this year will be my second.

I started my training two weeks ago and I am about two weeks behind of when I wanted to start. I removed a few runs out of the way and jumped into a 9 miler and it felt really good. The next was a 10 miler and although the heat was tough and the gnats were out in full force it was a good run. I did roll my ankle as I was swatting the gnats away but I iced it quick and was back running three days later.

But now it has been a slow week. I hurt my hip a couple weeks back playing some tennis and I did something this week to agitate the hip. After two days of ice and tiger balm it appears to be much better. So this weekend I'll do an 11 miler but keep it slow.

I need to get back in the gym and concentrate on my core workouts in order to support my running. I think some golf time is needed too ;)
