[Can't think of a title for this one] If you have not seen the proposals for the Ground Zero Memorial, here they are. In other news... New Yorks "infamous" Red Hook has been crime free this year... what a concept!! Yo Oakland, you listening???

[Ever have that?]   Ever have a photo catch your eye so much that you can't stop staring at it? So much to the point you find yourself sucked into it? I love scenes of the ocean, countryside, sky, etc. My friend AT has a fantastic eye for scenery! I can't wait for him to create his site for all to view and purchase. Big A.. get moving !! :) BTW, I'm having typing issues this morning. Ever have those days? Maybe it's the fact that I'm having problems reaching for the keys while stretched out at my desk, legs up, coffee in one hand and wireless keyboard on the lap. Hmm...coould bbe/ I'll continue to backspace every few letters and provide you clear typing so that you may follow along with me :) Office Space. Ever have a totally clueless, smelly person come into your personal zone? To quote DM, "I don't want to go on a rant here.. but..." ... I often wonder what goes through a person's head while getting ready to go outside. Do they lift the arms and say "ahhh smells great!" And to quote JM, "Geez, I mean come on PEOPLE!" We have commercials asking people to drive safe, stop smoking (love these!!), don't take drugs, etc but none for "wear deodorant". Walked outside and saw clear dark skies on the way to work this morning, 5am. Ever have the thought of enjoying that view by turning around and going back to bed? ;) Have a great weekend. I can't wait for tomorrow to start as I will be enjoying some quality time with my Baby! :)

[Boo'ing of National Anthems]   During my youth when my Dad and/ or Grandpa took me to sporting events, they taugh me the understanding of repecting the National Anthem. I wish more people understood their advocating. These days there is just no respect... or maybe another type of respect that I just don't understand. But come on, how old are we?. Boo'ing a countries National Anthem at a sporting event is simply poor sportsmanship. And another thing. If your here "visting" from another country and attending an event where we sing the National Anthem, we only ask that you respect that 3 minutes.

[That's right, Moz is the way!] Inside Matt's Head provides a totally saul-id review on Mozilla. Whether my opinion comes from his quality reviewing style or the fact that I simply dig Mozilla. Whichever, I highly suggest reading up and checking it out.

[testing, testing... is anybody watching?] Now I'm sure every pilot knows where the restricted fly zones are for their relative area of concern. But blatant disregard for the state of the nation and flying where ever you darn well please, so so wrong. Maybe this pilot knew exactly what was going to happen and was testing our Defenses? Maybe specifically testing our reaction time?? My theory of course and I hope it stays that way.

[Craigs List] Craigs Lists ceases to amaze me!

[Thunder Storms]   Northern California was and is being hit by a solid storm system. It hit us on Friday evening and dumped some serious rain up to early Sunday morning. We had two thunder hits on Sunday morning about 6am-ish. They were loud! I almost took a shit right in bed! That was the loudest thunder I have heard in years. And those were years from living back in Jersey! Car alarms were set off all around the neighborhood. My girlfriend thought the first one was a jet but I thought it was an earthquake. When the second one hit.... oh thank goodness I was already on the toilet! :O LOL That second hit about 5 or 10 minutes after the first and it opened with two large SNAPS! I expected to see Batman fight scene cartoon ballons exclaiming that word. The cumulonimbus cloud formation seen on Sunday was just spectacular! Within the Valley one could view these vertical formations rising from either the Santa Cruz mountain range or the Fremont and San Jose east hills. At the Fremont section I saw a vertical tower that must have been 3k or 4k feet tall!! It took me back to the memories of driving through Colorado or Nebraka and seeing thier large Cumulus cloud formations. Well, it's Monday and we are back to sunny skies with a few cloud sections sweeping over the Valley. I hope we have a nice wet winter. Looking forward to more movies in front of the fireplace with some of my great friends during those rainy downpours!

[HIP Keyboard] This has got to be the coolest KB I have ever seen. How tight would that be, gaming with your buddies with a luminescent KB. Zippy has some cool stuff. Check out their RF mouse.

[Change Text on XP Start Button] Anything to rid the generic look of Windoz is fine be me. This hack, to change your Start title, is a nice way to start it off.

[..and were walking..] "We're walking across the country so you don't have to"... thanks, but no thanks.
