[ Long Run ]   At at that point in my training where I need to run 14 miles. I have never run that far. The longest runs were my two half marathons at 13. It will be an interesting challenge. Now due to all the rains I can't run on our normal route because of all the flooding, chest high in two spots. So I'll be running a new route with a few friends and my best friend :) It should be fun but hard. I couldn't run today b/c I am actually at work today and wouldn't you know it, no rain today. Tomorrow's weather is "Overcast with showers at times. High 59F. Winds SSW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 60%." Oh bot, 14 miles in the rain and windy. The site we are running at is an open area, no blocking from the rain. Cheers.
