[ 14 miler - DONE! ]  The run turned out to be terrific! Very happy to have achieved my longest run and the weather was awesome. I believe the morning started in the high 50's with a good humidity. The rains didn't hit until late afternoon.

I ran 14.6 miles at a 10:20 pace. Compared to my last two half marathons I was 1:17 faster @ the Home Depot 1/2 and 0:37 faster @ the Santa Cruz 1/2. I wished much stronger although I never technically trained for either 1/2 marathon. That Home Depot was hard, expectantly so b/c I literally got off the couch and ran it :)

I had another lipoma removed on Monday and although this one was larger and more painful I should have no problem running my 8 mile & hills this weekend. Looking forward to it, I am!
