[ Lions in SB ]   We all know Mtn Lions exist in Santa Barbara and a report came in today that stated; "... recent encounter occurred shortly after midnight Wednesday when a northbound vehicle on 101 near Dos Pueblos Canyon Road struck and killed a mountain lion. ... ". I can't link the article b/c SB News Press wants not only a login but $$ for their e-subscription. No thanks SBNP!   Another weird story today that doesn't pertain to a Lion attack but rather, get this, a deer attack!
