[ employee morale ]   I just love hearing how users can't access this or need RW to that all b/c their admin has a stick up their ars. Why do admins or even "the boss" have a need to control their systems in such ways. Do they really think they're creating a fun, creative and inspiring work place? Did you not recall the imploding that IBM experienced in the 80's? IBM would not be around today if they continued to be "The Man". Man relax, work is suppose to be fun and moving, so sit back, enjoy what your employees bring to the project and for god sake, pull your panties out of your ars! sidebar - boss if you are reading this, this does not relate to you........yet ;)
